Genesys determines recipients of this award based on a combination of financial performance and the ability to deliver business excellence and achieve customer success and satisfaction when implementing Genesys solutions in its local market.
The award caps off a spate of accolades and achievements for Pivotal Data within the Genesys Network, after the local managed services provider was recently recognised as Genesys’ leading partner in Africa and achieved Gold status – the highest level within the partner program.
