Vacancy: Account Executive (Region: Kwa-Zulu Natal)

An account executive live and breathe customer satisfaction and lasting customer relationships. They are also responsible for the retention of business.

We are looking for an experienced executive who is driven, innovative, and can identify growth opportunities to join our team. The individual we seek should have an innate ability to keep customers engaged, be courageous in all dealings, and prioritise customer needs in a balanced manner. They are accountable for deliverables that are in line with strategic goals and the overall vision of our organisation.

Key responsibilities
5 Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
5 Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, responsible for effective client communication and conflict resolution.
5 Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
5 Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
5 Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
5 Collecting and analysing data to learn more about customer behaviour. Analysing marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
5 Demonstrate value through solution selling practices to solve customer pain points. Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
5 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
5 Demonstrated competency in determining and analysing customer needs and recommending solutions in a competitive sales environment.
5 Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Develops new business by analysing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
5 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
5 Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
5 Forecast and track key account metrics.
5 Retention of existing clients.
5 Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account using the company CRM tool.
5 Develop plans to target new customers to assist the sales team in achieving the company sales target through networking and turning them into long term partnerships.
5 Work closely with marketing to develop marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets.
5 Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
